These terms cover your use of ClinicIntel Labs and the reports we provide. By purchasing a report or using the service, you agree to them. Questions go to rotem@clinicintellabs.com.

What we provide

The Defense Report: reply drafts for your unanswered Google reviews, offered free.
The Offense Report: a one-time digital product priced at $199 (USD) that summarizes recurring complaints from nearby competing clinics and gives Google Ads headlines written around each one.

Reports are delivered to your email address, typically within 24 hours of purchase.

What the reports are, and are not

Our reports are informational and marketing intelligence built from public Google Maps reviews. They are not legal, medical, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific result, such as more patients, higher rankings, or particular ad performance.

The reply drafts are suggestions to read over before posting. You decide what to publish, in your own voice, and you are responsible for anything you post publicly.

Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal, including guest checkout by card. ClinicIntel Labs operates as a merchant based in Israel. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Refunds

If a report is not useful to you, we offer a full refund. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

Acceptable use and data

We work only with public reviews and do not handle protected health information. Do not use the service to submit or request any patient health data. Use the reports for your own clinic's marketing; do not resell them.

As-is service

The service and reports are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for business decisions you make based on a report.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
