Refund Policy

The Offense Report is a $199 (USD) one-time digital product. If it is not useful to you, we offer a full refund. We would rather give your money back than have you keep a report you cannot use.

How to request a refund

Email rotem@clinicintellabs.com from the address you used to buy, and let us know the report was not useful. You do not need to give a detailed reason.

How it is processed

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. We process approved refunds promptly, usually within a few business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.

Good to know

• The Defense Report (reply drafts) is free, so there is nothing to refund there.
• Because the Offense Report is a digital file, asking for a refund is based on it not being useful, not on returning the file.
