ClinicIntel Labs analyzes public Google Maps reviews to produce reputation and competitive intelligence reports for medical and dental clinics. This policy explains what information we use, where it comes from, and the choices you have. Questions go to rotem@clinicintellabs.com.

What we work with

Public Google Maps reviews and public business listing details (clinic name, address, website, and any social handles the clinic publishes).
The business email address we use to contact a clinic, and any reply you send us.
Basic transaction details from PayPal when you buy a report (such as the payer email and amount). We never see or store your full card number.

No patient health information

We work only with publicly posted reviews. We do not access patient records, clinical files, appointment data, or any protected health information. Reply drafts are generated from the public review text alone, with no patient details added.

How we use it

To produce the Defense Report (reply drafts) and the Offense Report (competitor weaknesses and ad headlines).
To send the cold outreach email that introduces these reports, and to deliver a purchased report.
To respond to your questions and process refunds.

Cold email and your right to opt out

Our outreach email complies with CAN-SPAM: it identifies us honestly, carries our physical postal address, and offers a working opt-out. To stop all contact, reply with the word "unsubscribe". We add that address to a permanent suppression list and honor the request promptly (within 10 business days at the latest), across every channel.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of providers to operate the service, and share only what each one needs:

Google Maps (via Outscraper) as the source of public review data.
Anthropic to generate report text from public review content.
PayPal to process payments.
Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service) to send and deliver email.

We do not sell your information or share it for unrelated advertising.

Retention

We keep generated report files long enough to deliver your order and support it. We keep suppression-list entries indefinitely, because their only purpose is to make sure we do not contact you again.

Your choices

You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe". You can ask us what we hold about your clinic, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rotem@clinicintellabs.com.
